Make a donation - Armstrong portrait conservation

Your support will contribute to the conservation of the portrait of Edmund La Touche Amstrong (1864-1946) by Lindsay Bernard Hall, held in the State Collection. Edmund La Touche Armstrong was the fifth Chief Librarian of the Public Library of Victoria, now known as State Library Victoria and long standing member of The Wallaby Club.
